It is so depressing to not have entertainment at Golden Horseshoe. I used to love stalking the stage side booths so I could sit there by myself and enjoy an ice cream and a show whenever I went by myself. Like it was literally my day off plan and it was my favorite place in all of Disneyland. I was so sad when The Laughing Co was closed and then there was nothing until the piano player showed up and he's cool, but still not the same as an actual stage show with improve and guests. It's legendary and so sad Disney today doesn't show it the love it deserves. Shows were always full.

We look forward to your post, and your work always makes us feel happy as we look forward to our next trip to Disneyland (and DCA). Oh, you might have a scoop on this; did you notice that there is a TARDIS right outside of Earl of Sandwich. My wife Stacy always comments on how the average IQ of the parks increases on Star Wars events; but when I shouted, "Is that the Tardis?" She replied, "The average IQ has already gone up another 20 points."

Hey Lisa! I also love Gonk droids and thought I would nerd out for a second. Gonk droids are basically big batteries that can shuffle along. Around Batuu they are powering the radio antennas. I think the thing sticking out of the back is a charging cable… not sure why it’s broken though! Maybe someone else knows that one!

It wouldn't take much for Disney to make Gonk suits for their cast members and have them occasionally walk through the Batuu. It would add to the immersion of the land and would take very little effort on their end.

They are a Disney Nuisance and they eat the eggs from the regular ducks. Disney doesn't know how to get rid of them. The duck population has gone down because of them
