Hi Mike, Thanks for another great tutorial. Your channel is the only thing that helped me getting started with 3d, as I had no prior knowledge of it a year before. Anyway, I would like to request you for a video tutorial on how to create objects in maya which are binded with ropes. Like a box or an ncloth object with a rope revolving around it. I wish you have done it before and just direct me into the right way. Thanks

This is a cheap and fast way, to make it look more believable and have the wrapping go around and inside each other it needs to be done by hand, either using a curv or extruding a poly plane.

You could create a wrap around an arm with this method correct? But instead of having so many loops just 3 or 4 and change the direction to make it look complex
