This is EXACTLY what it feels like. Your chest feels so heavy and the pressure is insane but you feel like if you let yourself scream, you're either gonna scream forever or cry forever and the idea of either is just too daunting, so you try to keep yourself numb. Then the second someone tries to offer comfort, you feel the tears coming again, and that just makes you wanna hide. They executed this so damn well. Props to Stefania and Danielle,

It's 5 am. In my grief, I was thinking about this scene. I lost my grandma on Thursday, and my grandpa is dying too. My pet rabbit is likely to need to be put down in 2 days. I woke up and bawled my eyes out. Sleep is elusive right now. My stomach frequently hurts. My eyes are twitching often. My chest aches under the emotional pain. I just can't sleep. I'm not hungry. I am also exhausted most of the time.

I also suddenly don't want hugs so much anymore. I couldn't articulate why, and then I remembered this scene, and it made more sense "to soft" hugs are to soft and they make me cry.
