What a wonderful interview. I thoroughly enjoyed it. What a force, genius she was with the most beautiful truth and love in her..they are same thing. And what a gent he was. He was smitten by her charm and beauty. He fell for her and couldn't get enough of her spice 😂 thank you for sharing

That so many people remember Maya and her poem and nothing of what Clinton said speaks volumes. No disrespect to Clinton, the office or his particular speech, but the point is well taken - Angelou transcended near-term politics and struck a universal chord that no president can do. Thirty years later I still seek out the poem but have never re-listened to an inaugural speech.

I have a friend that feels hurt and sadness when she says hello and smiles to strangers a ND and that person doesn't respond. Why do we hurt each other for no reason except what? I wonder still

Well here's a virtual hello to you and your friend 👋🏾There have been a couple of strangers whose kind words and smile have meant more than they will ever know to me and I hope that I can do the same for someone else. We should all be that person for someone. You never know who needs it. And you should tell your friend to keep saying hello and smiling and never let anyone's lack of response dictate the person she becomes because she sounds like a really beautiful human being.
