My sister-in-law had an aunt who was considered "slow". She wasn't institutionalized or anything, but she never worked, and always lived with family members, who provided for her every need. After we saw this episode, me and my brother would always joke that she was really a genius. We'd say how she was faking it, and how one day we'd walk in on her and find her reding the wall Street journal, like Donnie.
