I toured them today. Big fan of the Infinity Homes and Legends Collection with Shea.

@@ericmerriken8495 That's great! I love the Infinity ones as well! The builders pay the Realtors commission and they don't let homeowners keep the commission they would be paying out, if you don't work with one. I'd love to help you with the buying process. I try to help all of my clients save money on the purchase of their homes, as well as help them with the process 😀And, if you have a home to sell, I save my clients money on the sell side. If I can help you with your home search or the sale of a current home, please let me know! Thank you for commenting and watching!

Thank you for your question and for watching! Shea Homes (the developer) has a unique master plan for this community that isn't available in other areas. This development has homes with ADU's (Additional Dwelling Units) so they have separate living spaces with separate entrances, so that you can rent part of your home out. There isn't anything like this in this part of town, so it's just a different type of new home community. However, there's other communities where you can get some land and space in between the homes. If you're looking for something specific please let me know and I'll send you some areas that may be of interest to you. cindy@homesbycindyt.com or 720-394-3369 thank you again!

When are they going to build homes with a separation between kitchen and living space. I personally find it uncomfortable and ugly

Thank you for your comment/question! This has become such a popular floor plan of late! They've also gotten rid of separate dining rooms in a lot of homes. A lot of people are having to get rid of their formal dining room tables and hutches! Thank you for watching my channel and for your comment!

The dining area is terribly located, as the dining table is slid beneath the kitchen countertop, obviously designed for at least four counter-height seats. Also, the pendant lighting above the dining table is WAY too close to the kitchen island. Clearly, this is to provide the illusion of expansive floor space. Cut the depth of the kitchen island base cabinets by 9 inches. A sliding room divider, seen in many commercial office buildings, made of framed floor-to-ceiling framed decorative/opaque tempered class, can be installed, with attachment point on the wall between the patio sliding door and that silly, created ‘hallway’ that leads to the powder room. The room divider slides on runners embedded in the floor and/or ceiling, providing ‘screening’ between the kitchen and living area, but can be opened for large group socializing.
