Eucalyptus bark is not good to use in a woodstove or fireplace. It creates excessive sticky residue in the chimney which is hard to remove and over time can start a chimney fire. If your only option is to burn Eucalyptus you need to have your stove pipe cleaned regularly . Best just not to burn it.

Spring is a good time to cut back mimosa and dead growth. Damp proofing the front door upstairs corner from the old retaining wall. Preparing for utilities in the basement room. Use cut logs to border the potato bed.

The grass you collected is great material for mulching or an addition to your compost pile. Good time for the first compost pile mix of the season. Great job surgically opening the corner of the house for waterproofing. I hope you are gratified to know that your labor to waterproof the rest of the building was 100% effective! 🤓👍 Wonderful job mulch you new potato bed! Greens and browns, grass and woodchips, f grasses sneak through in spite of your efforts, buy a bale of clean dry straw (not hay) and add a thick layer on top. Potato's like to grow in straw. Be sure to go around the perimeter of your property and strim the mimosa sprouts while they are young. You will have to do this several times this year and next.

Mold: “Pour enough undiluted white vinegar into the empty spray bottle to cover the area of mold growth. Spray the mold directly, fully saturating it with the vinegar, and allow the vinegar to sit for at least an hour. Don't be tempted to scrub or rinse; the mold needs time to completely absorb the vinegar.”

Maya just come across your renovation. I say - WOW . Can i Make a suggestion,Build a mesh barrier around the vegetable garden (similar to the barrier around the trees you made,) that will protect the vegetable garden. A barrier is high enough, and especially at the bottom of it, line it with cement that will not allow the digging of the animals that want to enter the garden. I have no idea what animals are around you jackal, fox, pig, wolf, ..

Good job planting the potatoes. Planting them in the soil where nothing has been planted before will result in a good crop and covering them the way you have will protect them if it turns cold. You probably won`t have to earth them up either (cover the new growth with earth).

Bleach in porous areas causes the mould spores to hide into the pores. Try cleaning vinegar or hydrogen peroxide first. Once mould is dead you can wash surface with bleach to get rid of stain, then paint.

This is also a surprise for me. Not sure potatoes will be strong enough to pierce cardboard. My understanding was to use cardboard on top of the soil (o prevent weeds from growing and to feed worms) and then mulch, grass or organic stuff. Potatoes are planted in holes in the mulch or even in the cardboard.
