My legs were noodles after this ☠️ I did Jungkook’s vlive workout tip (even though it seemed like he was kidding I know he can totally do it) so I wanted to test myself 💀 ⁣

100 squats⁣
30 ab exercises⁣
2 sets of 20 lunges⁣
1 plank for one min⁣
Right side plank one min⁣
Left side plank one min⁣
15 burpees⁣

When I first heard him giving these tips, my heart be like: Oh no! please don't be so merciless on me. I'm very soft,you know please. I'll pass out in a moment. But now..I really think it's quite easy😛Our Trainer orders to do much more actually 🥲 I'm so glad that I can try those tips now😭🤍

Yeah cos based on his workout vlog, his actual workout involves a lot of weight/strength training hehe not to mention their regular practice which is hella cardio, and he does boxing on top of that as well 😅

i believe more than half of it is fake, he must go to the gym but not more than 2 hours. and i bet he doesn't do this warm up as well, why? beacuse its not practical. how do i know this? i have been a professional bodybuilder for 2 years. also he is definitely on performance enhancing drugs

@@pringlesaregreat2180 He loves working out, boxing, sports. For sure everyone knows that. But yeah, more than 2 hours exercise is not really needed. And they have become more easy on themselves (compared to their before years) so he do it if he wants to.

I mean…he’s been doing all of that his whole life and, to be honest, this routine is not that complicated once you get used to it. Especially for a guy. A lot of focus on the upper part of the legs tho, I would change that a bit as a girl. Also I think he’s doing something more complicated than that, and this was just his vision of a workout routine for beginners lol

True, baseline does matter.If an office worker starts workin out ( any workout) at age 40 ,it will take time for the body to get used to it.Just keep goin one day at a time

guys if you're working out for the 1st time in a while you shouldn't start with such an intense work out start with a normal work out plan and then when you build strength and stamina start Jungkooks work out plan, you could harm your body by doing hard exercises in your first days

4 days ago I had started Jungkook old workout routine and now he said this one routine (+_+). I thought old routine is tough now I know this and my mind changed =_=

@@jenbraga9372 abs are genetics most people will have 4 packs or 6 packs or 8 packs and some doesn't even have at all it but you can have a strong core without having 6 packs.

Yeah actually his workout is sooo good . I had done it for 1 month and a lot changes had shown then I continued . Now my exams are going on so I can't focus on workout after the vlive am ready to do it again with his more advice(like 100 squats😶🙂just gonna try).. Yes it's difficult but it may be difficult for 1 or 2 weeks after that you will not feel much difficult you will get used to it . So armys fighting!!! just do it😉👍💜

I actually tried his workout (just once 😁) and i wasn't able to walk properly for like 3 days🥲🥲 My thighs hurt like crazy like i had muscle cramps 😫 😩 I even took a double dose of painkillers on the second day This double bunny is really dangerous 😳

You are beginner so start with 10 squats, 10 ab exercises, 30 sec plank, 30 sec each side plank, launge do 10 per two set and do 5 burpees. Raised the number after 3 days you will see results in within 14 days. 🤞🏻

@@ivythedazzlinggirl2289 you'd better off plan out diet plan than workout. diet is 80-90% of losing weight. just eat 200-300 calories less than recommended daily amount and you're good to go. literally eat anything you want just in fewer calories
