I think especially during Covid-19 and fathers not being able to hold their children after they are born ect. It may be better to do a home birth. But there needs to be a lot of testing of the midwives and mask wearing.

My experience was the same with my third and last child epidural did nothing for me. I tried it because I had heard epidural helps with the pain. I went natural with my first two. But with my third child the epidural did nothing for me.

I was going do a waterbirth till I found out I was high risk in the start. Lucky, I was low risk when I hit 7 months. I pray my next pregnancy I can do waterbirth. Thanks for showing us the birth.
