My monthly cramps were exactly like labor.🤦🏾‍♀️ My dr had warned me before I actually went into active labor that I was going to have a bad back labor. I have the same problem during my monthly the cramps in my stomach are not even close to the ones I get in my back at all. I'm just grateful that my guy takes me serious when I tell him I'm in pain he don't even question it. He let me get as much rest as possible and only wake me up if necessary(food, my daughter, or if I've been sleeping too long and he knows I need to change) I couldn't be more grateful and appreciative.
