There is no comparison between store bought tortillas, or even those made from Maseca, vs. fresh ground corn.

@@hotpepper7782 ... I live seasonal in the mountains above Oaxaca Mexico. I have harvested corn, prepped it for grinding, ground the corn and made fresh tortillas. It is far different and much better than what comes out of a bag of Maseca.

Belize is part of the Caribbean our main language is English but everyone speaks Creole which is similar to the Patois spoken in Jamaica. In our country we speak many languages and depending on our mother tongue language the creole can sound very different. This beautiful lady is speaking creole with a Maya accent. It’s very fascinating.
