The last part of my sentence "I'll explain this as best as possible" is an attribute you need to seek from people and friends, people who are completely honest with you so you can improve on your mistakes and health. You need to find things that make you happy, this may sound absolutely terrible for your situation, but take risks. Build adrenaline and dopamine, hysteria. Feel free. Feel like there's nothing blocking your way. Do things that make you feel as if you're a bird free to fly where you please. This may not help since I'm terrible with feelings but now I'm hoping it does, I hope you and people like you get better and grow to see what beautiful things they're capable of. THINK of the things you think you can be capable of and test them, let curiosity keep you going, wondering things can bring one tremendous amounts of joy and laughter. That's all I can really say, I hope this helps. I apologize if it doesn't. As I said before I'm no therapist, I underestimate myself sometimes but you shouldn't. Don't let anything poorly influence you, be positive, be the you you once were, be happy, find things that make you happy. I hope you get better, have a good life. Note: You said you're free but can't leave. FEEL free, don't just be free. Have no limits. Let your imagination run wild. Being in a prison knowing you can't leave? You need discipline, motivation. No anti-depressants, no cutting (I know how bad this may sound, I apologize). I look back at this audio (not this exact video) and think about how much I’ve grown. When I first listened to this it was summer of 2022. I’ve gotten my first heartbreak at 13 years old. She was my whole heart. My everything. It’s been a year and a half since we broke up and I’m 15 now. I still reminisce about those times when we were together. Every time we kissed it felt like magic. Now it’s different. Before I used to yearn for her and resent her at the same time. Now I feel nothing. I don’t hate nor love her. I forgave her. We both went our separate ways. That was it. I’m now doing better than ever. I started going to the gym and lost a lot of weight. I feel better about myself however sometimes my insecurities do creep in. I’m just going to keep focusing on myself and I want to let you know that it really does get better. Sometimes life isn’t sunshine and rainbows. Theirs going to be blizzards and hurricanes but the sky will clear up one day. You just have to wait until that happens.

But for some of us, there is only today. It hurts how true this is ^ One of my childhood friends who we'll just call W for sake of being respectful I used to go over to W's house every weekend to watch walking dead with him and his family. It was weird because my family never really did anything like that, I guess we kind of hate each other, but when we went to W's house I felt like I was at home, with my people. I dont remember why or when but my parents stopped going, and I lost contact with W over time. New years day of 2020 my dad got a call that w's dad ( his friend ) had passed away in his sleep at 43. I felt so bad for w and it felt like there was nothing I could do to help. Now (sept 2023) w's mom has just passed away. It breaks me to my core to think about what he is going through, orphaned by addiction. Just remember, when your upset about something or someone, remember that they could die at any moment. In a freak accident, or a car crash, or by hitting their head going down the stairs and never waking up again after they go to bed that night. You will never know when your having your last conversation with somebody, so make every single word count.

My parents aren’t together anymore and live two hours away from each other so we only see him on the weekends. I have vacation now so I was supposed to see him but we can’t.
