Happened with me also but with different brand. I think it's because of those selfie lights and cameras that makes the shades look different in videos. Also our skin tone and maintenance makes difference too. So I prefer to see the shades than their names, and if you're buying online then go for the darker shade than your expectation.

I think the shades are not reflected properly in this video.they are completely different on your lips as they actually are..not because of the natural lip colour but due to some camera or lighting issues may be

This is something that confused me as well. Touch of spice looks pink on me.. tinge of violet...and I was so disappointed. I think Nude nuance would have given the natural reddish-brownish nude tone.
