Chai genius pulled really grey on me the first time I tried it. Idk if it wasn’t mixed well enough or if the fact that I had a full face of makeup the second time I tried it made the difference. But if you experience this too it did eventually look better.

Vannessa Hernandez thank you! i have it colored but idk the specific color, my hair stylist mixes it. I’d say it’s a medium brown base with dark blonde highlights, hope that helps
