manual says the ESC will drop the head speed (rotor rpm) if battery voltage sags below 11.1v. I wonder if you got bad batteries (maybe they got heat damaged in transit or something) or maybe the battery connector on the helicopter is damaged/not making full contact.

My E200 Pro SH-60 came with a broken axle as well. Parts are backordered and promised by Banggood, support has not yet come through. The included charger does not work at all. My T240 smart charger was able to charge and balance the batteries. Full charge flies about 8 minutes. Once the remote and helicopter indicate time to land, you need to do so. Fun helicopter, but be warned that support for the warranty will be difficult to obtain.

Pricey . Other economical , always dizzed Blades with semiscale Microheli fiberglass fuselàge & theres a few diff models. Non GPS Helicopters but with great parts avail.

Thats one of the problems of these toy grade batteries: You cant easily check the capacity before and after flight, the balance of the cells. It's difficult to connect them with good quality smart chargers. So you never really know in what state are the batteries, how much juice went in and came out. I prefer batteries with XT30 or XT60 power connections and balance leads. Then you know what's going on in detail.

This looks like a bad LIPO battery or a bad ESC. That’s a feedback we have provided YX the manufacturer of these many times. The proprietary batteries can have bad cells without knowing since it’s hard to tell cell voltages. YX also produces an adapter that can be used to connect this battery to your own lipo charger and see the voltages. Did you use this adapter or did you just charge direct?

I sure hope there is an easy remedy for this helicopter’s issues. It’s from a big name manufacturer, and not what is expected from them. They can at least offer to replace it, due to the broken wheel. Honesty is the only policy. Blessings.

Why would you fly without a fresh fully charged battery. ??? And most helps only fly for around 31/2 minutes to 4:00 minutes. If your bird doesn't climb with above 1/2 throttle land ASAP.

I definitely don't deal with banggood anymore over the past few years they've gone downhill in my opinion aliexpress on the other hand has become an amazing online store I've bought a few kits and tons of parts from them and never had a problem thier sellers are cheaper and shipping is much faster I'm in Ontario Canada and I've never had to wait more than 2 weeks or so my most recent purchase being my GOO-SKY S1 and my Radiomaster Pocket multi protocol transmitter still waiting for your review on the S1 lol

i notice on the videos with the gps model everyone has to wait till it gets full gps connectivity; you mentioned how the non-gps bound to the transmitter faster because of that... please tell me there is a way to NOT wait for the GPS and you can just turn off gps and take off immediately

Faulty Battery and Telemetry. Could also be the charger itself. The battery chargers that come with these RTF heli's are REALLY sub-par at best. Could also be the Dual Esc is faulty as well. Not your fault. I've seen this Heli perform as it should in other vids. 9-10 minutes in 6G mode, 3D mode, a little over 4 minutes. Hang in there, you'll figure it out. Use a charger you KNOW works good. Buy a new battery or 2 if it's still not working. I'd start there...

I hope they make more choppers based on the lower cost $100 or less Eachine E-120 (also marketed as the "RC ERA" C186 in orange but without the visual positioning sensor which frankly doesn't seem to make much difference!) that you also reviewed which I love. Those models are IDEAL and work pretty much perfectly! I can't afford a $500 chopper, but I can afford $100. I hope they do more simple SCALE models like the Bell Jetranger or Airwolf or some such thing. I could see collecting them if the price is low enough. Yeah, they do a Eurocopter and a Hughes 500 (gorgeous) but those are more pricey with the only difference being the body shape. I would think they could make more body styles using the proven Eachine 120 platform. Maybe y'all could lobby the companies to make those lower cost models that we can more easily afford like the two mentioned above. I LOVE the two models I have! I wish I could post link here so I could show you the very slight mods to make the two I have accurately resemble two choppers used in two James Bond films!

Have you tried batteries from an other company, the provided batteries might not be able to deliver enough current. You could try a different ESC, would exactly like to see that.

Sadly these are almost proprietary batteries due to their casing. I do have some batteries from another helicopter that MIGHT fit, but it will be a gamble. Might try that before moving on 👍😎💯⚓️

To bad they don't have lemon laws for rc's that don't work properly. You may have just gotten badly assembled one, with poor product testing prior to shipping. In which case they get at least from the R.C. Sailor's an honest review of either poor production or design. Which is the correct way to review for subscribers/viewers. Y'all Sailor's do it proper for subscribers/viewers. I mean all you out there do you really want a fake/lie review so you go buy it,then when you get one like this you gonna cry foul @ the Sailor's. i don't bother with scale as I can't see the point of making one aircraft look like another one but it might need a battery with a higher C rating in other words a lower internal resistance and higher discharge rate.

Imo , $350 is still a ripoff , considering you can get a full featured drone with gps for $350 plus a drone requires 4 motors and props , not to mention camera and gimbal. The retail cost for them to add gps would be about $12 , the actual cost at the wholesale level would probably be less than $2 , so charging an extra $200 for the gps version just seems like a cash grab . Granted its a cool looking and flying bird , but it seems for the avg hobbyist or the beginner $350 is just more than it is worth . Then there is the issue of durability , seems far more fragile than a drone . In order for me to consider it comparable to what else is on the market , it would need to have all the features of a full featured drone ( full featured gps / return to home mapping/ mission planning , full featured 3 axis gimbaled fpv camera , better durability and spare parts availability for a price < $300 then i might consider it . Just sayin

This is by far the best under $400 helicopter in the world! You need to properly charge the batteries and all should be fhine! Eachine is the BMW of rtf rc and they wouldn't never allow the product to be shipped if it is not already well test and 100% reliable!!

Bought a RC car last week--came with bad battery -from China. Had a lawn sprayer blow up in my face last week--from China. Bought an American -made sprayer made out of real steel. We need to bring manufacturing back to our own country!!!
