Bucks and Banter question. When you have Mama's card in a machine, but you spin the reels (and vice versa) and win a handpay, who pays taxes? The person whose card is in the machine or the person who pushed the button/pulled the lever? My go to casino is Foxwoods. I occasionally go to Mohegan, but not that often. My friend and I pool our money together and take turns spinning and having our cards in the machine. We have yet to hit a handpay, though, so I'm curious. Sorry if you answered this in a previous video, but I haven't been able to find it.
