To answer your question about the cactus which in this case it is a saguaro cactus which is a protected in the state of Arizona. An so if you hit it with your suv or truck it will damage you vehicle plus if caught you could go to jail.

The MATV and JLTV are roughly similar, and I've forgotten which was adopted as the replacement for the HMMWV. It's a decent vehicle, though I didn't get to operate one very much. They do at least have more ground clearance than HMMWVs.

A Hawkei? They have a Hawkei in this game? Those things are monsters of overengineered, overpriced and underperforming waste of taxpayers dollars. Fun Fact, they are issued with wheel chocks as standard, because the air system leaks and the park brakes fail if the pressure gets too low. Also they are cramped and claustrophobic to drive, and the auto transmission is a pain in the arse with all the electronic controls. At $750,000 each, and a service life of only 10,000km, the fuel cost is the least of your worries.
