Here's how to make the sausage filling : soy vermicelli soaked in warm water then chopped so that it's not too long, a whole garlic head grounded, 2kg pork (with some fat on it, i think you can use the loin) mixed + a bit of oil if you'd like + 1 TSP salt + 1 TSP glutamate, 1 handfull of cooked glutinous rice rinced a bit with water --> mix all the ingredients together
