Right! I use to live in Austria and oh my gosh I felt so good. the water tasted so clean, the air was amazing, the food was just cleaner. It's amazing that one could taste that too. We definitely had to wash our vegetables more (dirt everywhere) but that's no big haha. I also knew people who were gluten intolerant in America, went to Europe and could eat bread and pasta with no problem!! Something's not right here.
