This is huge because it is going to set a precedence for the future. If they successfully did this, think of how many other cities that are now considering this. This should also put these politicians on notice. If you do not look out for "All" your citizens, they may just decide to take their (hard earned tax dollars) elsewhere. When you care more about the appearance of things, and not about peoples reality, they may decide that they no longer want any part of the society and culture that you are so fond of. If you ignore and dismiss people long enough, then they take matters into their own hands. The mishandling of money that isn't there's and the misplaced attention on things that are not priorities, has lead to this, its poor leadership and its that simple. Most people want good schools that educate well, they want safe streets and they want to be able to earn a good living, its the basics. The federal government should take notice on this. If the entirety of our United States ever decided that they have had enough, it would be bad for the elites when we all united as one. If you were a new business owner and you ran your business the way many are running the government, it wouldn't last a month.

Hopefully you will see the larger picture here, the citizens are in control, they just don't know it. Apparently these citizens did, without our money, you cant make it. Think about what would happen if every US citizen decided they weren't paying there taxes this year.
