You should also ask them: 1. What is a criteria of a good leader? 2. Should there be a stronger information campaign of candidates before the election? 3. What do they think about politicians who win because of their name and fame? 4. Give 5 specific projects you want to finish before your term ends? 5. What are immediate changes you need for your city? 6. Is the local government fully in sync with the national government? 7. What are the structures and equipments that each city must have? 8. Are there documents or processses that can be taken out to make the lives of people easier? 9. Should parks, jails and parking areas be required by law to every LGU? 10. Should there be a crash course program for aspiring politicians?

Wow, is she a mayor from the Philippines? This is the first time I've seen someone so young and beautiful as a mayor, although she looks tired in that interview. I saw some comments here that she doesn't seem eloquent? I kinda agree with that. She's so pretty that I checked her social media accounts and Googled her; it seems like she really comes from a political family, and Google says her father is a former mayor of their town? Anyway, she may be lacking in the speaking department, but it seems like she's down-to-earth, kind, and a leader with integrity in her town. So, by saying that, she does not need to be so charismatic and well-spoken to the highest level, since she comes from an influential family. I'm just wondering, though, how she speaks during elections. Oh well, charismatic, eloquent, or not, at the end of the day, the important thing is, as a public servant, you can truly and honestly serve your fellow citizens. I observed that you've based your unsolicited opinions based on speaking techniques which drove to compare mayor tesoro to that of Vico and Sandro. Well dear, i studied public administration and in the entirety of my schooling I have not encountered a single scholastic theory that tells a Political Leader must be fluent or persuasive in his or her speaking skills for him or her to become an effective leader. Fluency and persuasiveness are just bangles of a political person. Developmental initiatives and the eagerness to lead a collective is the center point of politics and administration, not eloquence and fluency as what you want them to have.

Itong interview lang di ko naenjoy sa lahat ng conversations w/ the mayors....si mayor alcala boring lang magsalita pero may laman and engaging mga sinasabi niya. He's far more articulate than this donya tesoro na mukhang matagal na sa pwesto. (Hintayin ko yung kay mayor marcy...)advice to mayor tesoro to take a public speaking/communication workshop. May naalala ako sa kanyang politiko pag nagsasalita siya pero at least yung politiko nayun hindi boring speaking voice. May pagka "lugaw" din kasi tong si tesoro pag nagsasita 😅✌ sa mga magtatanong kung mas magaling ako kay tesoro the answer is no. Actually same lang kami ng communication skills but my job doesn't requires me to be eloquent. She's an executive/mayor she's expected to be eloquent and articulate. A student leader speaks & communicate better than her.
