Really love this girls style and music. Whats weird is I dont understand her music but sing it word for word. I wonder if why it resonates so deeply is because she reminds me of home,my family,the rhythm of our home language and then I realise part of my heritage is Mauritian French Creole. @@joaorovira Ghana used to be known as the Portuguese Gold Coast, and later in the 13th century Cape Verde was colonised by Portugal, so both these places were part of the same empire for a time, and because of this there are certainly ties of history and of blood.
