I feel like anyone wants to do Harley Quinn they can make it special in their own way. It's actually pretty cool and nice it's like a glam version of her lol. It's like a cat costume you can make it your own way it doesn't have to be a basic black outfit and ears. Like add highlight and glitter or anything that also makes it you. A lot of people do a skull or with half glam each year yet nobody complains about that lol.
