I had the same problem you did today, take the unit in the house or close where you have strong wifi signal then setup the app, after app is set goto then setup on your home screen the change connection to bluetooth! when its changed to bluetooth it will search for the 30i then connect then youre in business! PS the initial setup should be done inside your home near your wifi router!

@@CarmenRodriguez-bx9tx here's another tip, my pool dealer told me at purchase to never leave the power supply out in the rain, he had so many of them came back to him Fried! evidently those units are not sealed as people think!

Is that a fiberglass pool? I had one put in last November. Stoked to use it for the first time this year soon. I have a Nautilus plus and it is fantastic.

The sad thing is we put the pool in aprox 16 yrs ago and friends stopped in last yr looked in the pool and asked what happened to our pool it has always been really clean we have pine trees in the 12 acre lot the old polaris did a great job, and its back in and Maytronics got our money that's what they wanted see my first post The rest of the story

We bought active 30 ! It does not work very well impeller plugs up with pine needles took back to store they said it working store would not helps i would put in minutes later stop picking up pull out and remove screws impeller would have needles twisted around impeller sent back to factory and returned with everything's working what a waste of money the the 15 yr old polaris 360 is back in the water maytronics is back in the box
