Yup, if we dig deep and try to understand how this concept evolved, then it can get very scientific. I try to keep it simple, divide the tank into three equal portions, both horizontally and vertically. Now there will be 4 places where these lines will cross each other, I try to choose any one or two points where the lines overlap each other and make that my focal point or my Golden Ratio point :-)
