Good information and explanation. Another very important point to remember is to avoid over feeding / excess feeding of fishes. Why because food falling to the aquarium floor and not eaten will decay and convert to ammonia resulting in cloudy water. Thanks

I made a live plants aquarium two days before ..rives sand is used . Sobo 3000 F filter is using .how much time will it take the water to become crystal clear. I think air pump is circulating so much water and shaking the sand . Do u think that is a problem.

Hi, felt very nice and liked your video. My tank is inside the room n there is no provision of direct sunlight still the water becomes dirty n greenish eventhough we change water weekly. Hi I've added sand from nearby by sea shore without washing. Its a 100 gallon cichlid tank It was fine while cycling but after adding fishes and running wave maker its becoming dusty The dust appears to be low density white powder which sticks ro aquarium walls and wave maker and all Should i take all sand out and wash it or is there any other way Tia

The sand will get in the filter and block it, not a good idea to use the sand. Also it will have parasites and bacteria that may harm the fish

Sir u were right about when we go to some fish shop they try to sell a lot of medication for diffrent issues recently I went to get some fishes and clorin remover this shopkeeper gave ncf powder I personally never used it. So didn't use it in my friend's tank I bought it home to use it in my tank and test it first then recoumend it to others. What I was told by the shopkeeper is it's used to make the water crystal clear. I would like to know from you what is this ncf powder and why is it used

Basically I have tap water planted tank n I have seen some singaporean video where they use many type of bio medias n most of them r not available here though they say to avoid chalk type ceramic rings but same thing is available here in different sites. So I have hang up filter n i am planning to remove sponge n put layered bio media of atleast two kind separated by black porce sponge. In your video u put ada bio rio in the base of aquarium. Is only that enough or do I have to do both. My only intention is to keep water clear with full of good bacterias as u suggest. Pls suggest me on this. Or is it ok if I put some bio rio inside the filter compartment as a layer

Firstly never empty the tank, remove the fish and wash, this will stress the fish out Use a good filter ( not Power head ) with good bio media and change 30-40 % water weekly if your filter is not so good change 20% every two days also do watch my video on Aquarium cleaning, it will help you
