Dude you are crushing it. Only small tip for my fav 1A guy. Momentarily means "in a moment" not "for a moment". So if you say "I will wait here momentarily" you are in effect saying "in a moment, i will be waiting here". Love your work. Thank you for all you do.

AT: You know, you could beat them at their own game. When they start this, "you must fillout a FOIA request" for those items that are supposed to be already displayed -- well pull out your own created FOIA form that already ask for ALL of them, regardless if they are displayed. You just put "X" next to your email address on it and hand it over to them. You could also put on the top, that although the law says you did not have to submit a FOIA request, the FOIA Officer demanded it. That's part of your own form. And now it has become part of the formal record - that they failed to comply.

Great suggestion! He could make hand written photocopies as a template with boxes where he can just check them off as "Not Displayed" for the items required to be physically displayed.

@@MtgCoach I agree with you. His FOIA request becomes a request, checklist, report, evidence of visit/non-compliance and teaching tool to leave with them. When they date and sign it, it becomes their acknowledgement of non-compliance as well as FOIA record. He's been able to file for monetary penalty of their non-compliance, and this becomes that evidence/proof.
