Good morning, I watched a video on KZbin of a Premier machine, model Mazak Nexus 8800. I have a problem with this machine, and I would like to know if your equipment has an alert to identify the operator when a tool expires, or of some kind of alarm? In my case the machine is stopped, when a tool expires and the operator cannot see it in time, installing a siren or a lollipop, I think it would help.

Yeah, there are all these people who love to talk crap about machines which they have never worked with. Like those who have worked on DMG or Hermle or WFL who have never worked on a Mazak machine.

Mazak is as only good as its controller. Mazatrol is an entirely different beast to understand than any other which is still Fanuc based. Most companies get them because students find them easy to work with. The company I work for has a Mazak but they are not using the Mazatrol at all, so I don't see the point in having it. To them it's just another box to run G-Code and for us to press the green button.

I actually got the chance to use one of these cutting Inconel 712 I will take my hat off to mazak some one has finally managed to make a machine that actually can do everything it claims to generally a very good rigid machine and straight forward to use does everything it says it can take note HAAS this is how a CNC machining Center is actually meant to work in the envelope the manufacturer has specified it at
