This was my third super fun walking tour of this gorgeous beach front community. Check out the other videos too. What do you think of Mazatlan? Where should the show go next?

It reminds me of my hometown Constanta in Romania. Gorgeous. Thank you!

Belisario Dominguez street, beautiful and traditional street in old Mazatlan. In minute 8.50 there is this yellow building. There used to be the British vice consulate, they moved there at the beginning of second war world, from a much larger building, where there was the Germany embassy as neighbours. Mrs Watson, wife of vice consul George Edward Schooley Watson, was actually the mother of Winston Churchills very first son in 1898. Her name was Jessie Louth and lived exiled in Mexico from the beginning of 1900 to her death in the 1950s. Lot of hidden history of old Mazatlan.

How long before you have to do a visa run in Nicaragua?
@ScottAlanMillerVlog3 ай бұрын
In general or me personally? The standard visa at the border is 90 days. You can extend up to 90 more in country. So you need to do a visa run every 180 days. THis trip to Mazatlan was my last border run ever. I'm perm so I never need to do one.

I haven't watched this yet. But do you tour the gold zone?
@ScottAlanMillerVlog3 ай бұрын
Not in this one, no. THis is the north end of the old town. I have a TINY bit of the gold zone farther north in an upcoming episode. But very little. It's actually mostly even north of there.

So can you live there on social security?
@ScottAlanMillerVlog2 күн бұрын
Mazatlan would be possible, but it's not a super cheap city. You'd need a pretty amazing SS and would have to live quite frugally. But possible, yes.
