I install that film you put in the headlights for a living. Tip for the future, stick the film on one part of the headlight and then stretch the film in the opposite direction. The trick to that stuff, typically called paint protection film, is the stretch. It gets rid of any of the large "fingers" that pop up and keep it from laying down properly.

Hey did your black aftermarket headlights have an extra bulb slot? In the back of the headlight near where that lens that wraps around the corner? I've been trying to figure out if there was a led bulb I could plug in there and get a pigtail to attach the turn signal or something.
