Love my Mazda 3 but whomever came up with the idea of having to take the whole bumper off just to put a new headlight assembly in needs to have a good talking too! Did you buy all new plastic screws/rivets/etc, if so did you buy more than just 8mm? Did you buy them from amazon, if so could you share the link?

I wonder if the glue softens with IPA, because these days they use IPA instead of heat to separate the screens on phones. The glue looks pretty wide, so you might have to pick some out and add more IPA, that is if it does anything - lol -.

Complete headlamp x1 = 100euro. Lens from Ali 45 euro delivered. I'd prob go for buying the unit. Although maybe not ..I like a challenge. Thanks for the vid.

Yeah the same here, ie, $100 for both lenses, $200 for 2 new headlight assemblies.

My garage is going to charge £35 each lens for cleaning first. If they can't be buffed up to pass the MOT, it's going to be £110 each to replace them. Ouch.
