When you're grinding, a few seconds on your total time isn't a big deal. You can do it in a bit over 27 minutes with several gr2 cars. The newer (model year) Nissan is a good one, and the new Audi too.

Any chance you've got viable setups for ungraded race cars, like the Porche Living Legend and others? Some are full race cars already but their fuel consumption is usually shit for no discernable reason (similar power, rpm's, engine displacement, etc).

Nissan R92CP is the fastest car for Sardegna at the moment, I believe. 1:29 laps and low 23 min total race time. One stop on lap 8 and you can run mediums.

Yea that is true... Although if it was slightly better could give the option of a no tyre change race. Might try see if can improve tyre life with different driving style

It's so much less fun racing with fake cars that couldn't exist, like a 16 cylinder race car lol. They'd be pitting every lap. The real cars are most fun imo, and usually best designed. The ones that just have "Gr.3,4," etc are all fake, maybe based on a real car at best, but they mostly appear to be slapped together and mostly unnecessary. VGT really screwed us by taking effort away from real cars. Still haven't seen most of my favorites, and some are super basic. I really love the Team ACR Viper from the previous game, but it's not worth the effort apparently...God damn they fucked up this game.

Not sure why everyone is going with these tuned down Gr 1 cars...it takes me about 27 minutes with the newer model GT-R Gr 2 car... *The McLaren Gr 2 is actually my fastest at 25 minutes total.
