Mazda Monday Supercharged 2.0L Dyno & 2.5L Throttle Body results

The results of the Throttle Body will not yield as high as results on an NA car. The NA HP gain will be about as high as the uncorrected numbers 😅
These results are without the aid of additional tuning, just simply bolting the 2.5l Throttle body.
( Without the modified Throttle tables on the car's tune, there wouldn't be any HP gains)
220whp is the highest number we've seen so far from a 2.0l with the Supercharger

They work, and I've tuned a few cars with them installed. There's a small drop off on low-end TQ, but the top end gains quiet a bit

Many of my customers reported this with that intake without knowing the mentioned information. I would strongly advise against that intake, I'll make a video on that later down the road

Yep it really hurts economy used to have 8l/100km with the intake I would get 12l/100km gone back to stock and waiting on a corksport sri

Yes, because the surface area is less than the MAF housing area, but there's honestly minimal resistance.

Depending on your other modification, it's pretty easy to hide the supercharger with the engine cover. It's not technically legal but I know many California customers with it on

If you're buying a car with a big focus on making good power and tuning it then the Mazda 3 just isn't a good choice compared to do many others. It doesn't make much sense. The Mazda 3, especially the newer ones are fantastic cars just not great for these purposes and modifications.

Yes, I'm aware of this. I have tuned many 2.5t cars. They make great power. Now that vehicle prices are finally coming down, it is obtainable to more people. I'm currently happy with my 4th gen power level & I'm still able to get great MPG

It's hard to say atm. We need people to keep testing and trying to improve the tune or find other mods to gain more power. The mazda 3 is a very capable car. There's just such a small community that mods these cars. Unlike the Subaru community, they've been doing this for a while. Mazda changed things up with the skyactive engines, so hopefully, one day, we can get as far as the subies.

You have been spoiled by LS and B series bmw motors. People that want big power will rip the motor and rebuild it or swap it for something else. The average dude or gal that has a few bucks for a tune+bolts or turbo can make out just fine. Mazda's are wonderful when you put a cam in them and at track days you see them putting laps on the other imports so

As a mazda owner i love seeing you that type of work but is not worth 🥲 i have a mazda 6 2018 2.5 turbo and i lost the engine due a cracked cylinder head without any tune or nothing 🥲

Your cylinder head is different than NA. These cylinder heads can take 400whp
