This sound is used in first and second stage for the detuned FC for Akina and Akagi. The race on Hakone the FC3S is more tuned up and sounds different.

Why do people insist that Ryouske's FC has a supercharger? Since when? He says "supercharger" when referring to forced induction as a whole. (clarification, back in the 30's both types of forced induction were called superchargers, plus, Japanese is a DIFFERENT language, so they probably say that from time to time.) The whine sound comes from the 13b itself, not a fucking supercharger. What about the blow off valve? In first stage, (which uses the EXACT SAME sound file) Ryouske specifically mentions his turbocharger. "What about his instant throttle response?" In fourth stage, during the Kyoko battle, Ryouske specifically mentions how the idea that turbos are laggy is obsolete.

@@sooryan_1018 what he meant was my FC doesn't have a supercharger and I reinforced that statement (because it was never said or shown i had a supercharger) because in forth stage in the battle against kyoko I said to the team that the idea of turbos being laggy is obsolete because they have advanced so much that they can stay spooling at very low rpms. This shows how I never changed from a turbocharger to a supercharger

I did a bit of investigating and one video of the centrifugal supercharged car had a "ppssshh" sound when it shifts. So its clearly supercharged

Just to explain everything, this was Supercharged. Ryosuke changed his mind about putting a supercharger into Takumis 86, you can even hear his voice saying "supercharger" in the call. "Theres a BOV sound" Superchargers have BOV too called bypass valve, but i think from the sound. Ryosuke is using a centrifugal supercharger

nope, common misconception. In the battle against Rin Hojo you can hear the turbo spool. I'm pretty sure the sentences got mixed up between adding a supercharger into takumi's 86. The thing is, the rotaries are low-torque engines, so putting a supercharger on would overall *decrease* the power
