You can change gears at 9,600 rpm, now in the ECU you can leave the range at 3000 rpm.

i'm sorry to say that, but you fucked all the tuning up. portofino swap full blueprints, full team boosts, nitro can do half mile in 7.9 seconds easily, but somehow you managed to tune this car only for 8.2 secs...
