Welcome to our Qatar Airways travel journey from LAX to EBB (Los Angeles to Entebbe)! Our journey kicked off aboard the luxurious Airbus A350-1000, featuring the exclusive Q-suite first business class-perfect for couples with its unique conjoining sleeping arrangements. After a smooth 15-hour flight to DOHA, Qatar, we enjoyed a 17-hour layover with business class perks like shuttle service, hotel rooms, and $50 spending vouchers. We added an additional room to accommodate the rest of our family. The layover sleeping accommodation was a great break like a reset button for all of us to get some solid rest and transition smoothly to the time zone change since it shares the same time zone! Don’t take it for granted! Next, we flew on the Boeing 787-8 from DOHA to EBB in business class comfort, although without the Qsuites this time around. When we arrived at Entebbe airport, immigration took a bit of time, but our patient driver from “Car Hire in Uganda” awaited us for pickup. After dropping him off at a nearby junction, we headed to our fantastic gated villa Airbnb in Kawuku/Bunga. 🏠 Airbnb: bit.ly/kasanahouse 🚐: Car Rental: bit.ly/carehire1 🚐: Car Rental Tripadvisor: bit.ly/ugandacar1 ✈ Flight Info Airline: Qatar Airways Aircraft: Airbus A350-1000 & Boeing 787-8 Aircraft registration: A7-AOC & A7-AHD Route: LAX - Doha - Entebbe Flight numbers: QR0740 & QR1383 Seat: 11E & 11F (on A350-1000) and 1F & 1K (on 787-8) We paid for our first class tickets using a combination of points of cash. 💳 Chase Credit Card Rewards to Earn Points on Flights: bit.ly/chasemazelee Join us for the full adventure and subscribe for more travel content! As a mom, I felt the tension of you all trying to settle down and relax while managing a squiggly sometimes fussy baby. I remember those days...Though babies are loveable and beautiful and can make you smile and laugh, they do require you to be selfless when you don't feel like it anymore and require patience and understanding when you really need a break. Parenting is good hard work. It's a rewarding work, and it can make you a better person (than you started) as you learn to do it with grace. Good work family🎉

I adore this channel. I am impressed with the videography as it captures the true essence of your interactions. It reflects your family’s raw authenticity. Regarding some negative opinions about you and your husband flying in business class, it’s okay for parents to treat themselves every now and again. There should be no guilt in that given the daily sacrifices you make for the family. The older siblings are more than capable of looking after the younger ones. Flying business class was also a captivating treat for your viewers as we were able to live vicariously through you during those moments.

Alana, the 'Adhan' or 'Call to Prayer' that you hear from the speakers of the mosque or majid and are heard when it's around time to pray. I believe I have watched Elena from the beginning and through her children births and growing...the boy has always been that way and disrespectful at times, I thought. Elena is strong in everyvway and very much determined to have command of her journey and that of her children lives and future. She makes sure to be a part of it. Obviously, she is smart., strong and courageous. Her values and expectation for her children's education and religion have been on point. She never fails to teach, guide, and has humor. I appause them as parents, and hopefully, as her children grow to adults, they will realize how special she is and how they have benefit in every way. Their lives is not fairy tale living and I'm sure it is a challenge at time for them all. But because of their parenting they are experiencing much and there , exposure is learning in very valuable lessons that life provides...especially one of traveling. I hope I don't miss the second half of those trips. I BELIEVE, it's a treat for all of us! I only wish I could watch on a big screen but this will suffice just fine. GOD BLESS PARENTING

This was awesome . Thanks for allowing us to on your trip to the mother land . I can't wait to see part two. I will feel like I've been to Uganda a little though your family. The kids did well on that long trip. You did so well driving with the scooters and small streets, especially not knowing where you were going . What a great job. I'm looking forward to seeing more .

Alena told the kids she is flying first class so that she can tell them how it feels. She wants them to get the story from her. In my opinion the kids will grow up remembering her first class story and they will aspire and work towards travelling only and only in first class. 😊
