***** I said to some degree. most artist use it just to the point that the untrained ear wont detect it. and yes all artist need SOMETHING when recording a song... you dont just record over you backing music with no tuning/touching/add ons at all or the song would sound raw or almost undone IN A BAD WAY.... If you compare a recorded song to the same song sung live there will always be a difference simply because the purpose of recorded songs is to be able to hear every piece of the song in detail
