Tinnitus is when you experience ringing or other noises in one or both of your ears. The noise you hear when you have tinnitus isn't caused by an external sound, and other people usually can't hear it. Tinnitus is a common problem. It affects about 15% to 20% of people and is especially common in older adults. Tinnitus is usually caused by an underlying condition, such as age-related hearing loss, an ear injury, or a problem with the circulatory system. For many people, tinnitus improves with treatment of the underlying cause or with other treatments that reduce or mask the noise, making tinnitus less noticeable. Symptoms Tinnitus is most often described as a ringing in the ears, even though no external sound is present. However, tinnitus can also cause other types of phantom noises in your ears, including: • Buzzing • Roaring • Clicking • Hissing • Humming Most people who have tinnitus have subjective tinnitus, or tinnitus that only you can hear. The noises of tinnitus may vary in pitch from a low roar to a high squeal, and you may hear it in one or both ears. In some cases, the sound can be so loud it interferes with your ability to concentrate or hear external sound. Tinnitus may be present all the time, or it may come and go. In rare cases, tinnitus can occur as a rhythmic pulsing or whooshing sound, often in time with your heartbeat. This is called pulsatile tinnitus. If you have pulsatile tinnitus, your doctor may be able to hear your tinnitus when he or she does an examination (objective tinnitus). Tinnitus is a prevalent and bothersome form of hearing loss. Unfortunately, the mechanisms that lead to this condition remain a mystery. We know that the brain is involved in tinnitus, but we don't fully understand how different areas of the nervous system produce the symptoms associated with the condition. That is written in the word of Allah. 64 verses in the bible explain the sound of the horn/trumpet. Corinthians 14:8 For if the trumpet an uncertain sound. Who shall prepare himself to battle? Yom Teruah: Leviticus 23:23-25 The only specifics are given in the command for observation of this (holy) day. are that we're to rest, have a holy convocation, make a teruah and offer sacrifice at the temple. This happens on a certain day/moment. What is the temple? The Quran el Kareem explains the temple/place of worship as a psychological happening concerning a human's feelings and emotions. (it is about having certainty that gives ease and peace of mind, no stress) { بِسۡمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ } { وَكَذَٰلِكَ أَعۡثَرۡنَا عَلَيۡهِمۡ لِيَعۡلَمُوٓاْ أَنَّ وَعۡدَ ٱللَّهِ حَقّٞ وَأَنَّ ٱلسَّاعَةَ لَا رَيۡبَ فِيهَآ إِذۡ يَتَنَٰزَعُونَ بَيۡنَهُمۡ أَمۡرَهُمۡۖ فَقَالُواْ ٱبۡنُواْ عَلَيۡهِم بُنۡيَٰنٗاۖ رَّبُّهُمۡ أَعۡلَمُ بِهِمۡۚ قَالَ ٱلَّذِينَ غَلَبُواْ عَلَىٰٓ أَمۡرِهِمۡ لَنَتَّخِذَنَّ عَلَيۡهِم مَّسۡجِدٗا } [Surah Al-Kahf: 21] Dr. Mustafa Khattab: That is how We caused them to be discovered so that their people might know that Allah’s promise ˹of resurrection˺ is true and that there is no doubt about the Hour. When the people disputed with each other about the case of the youth ˹after their death˺, some proposed, “Build a structure around them. Their Lord knows best about them.” Those who prevailed in the matter said, “We will surely build a temple/place of worship over them.” This is the way to fight that tinnitus and reduce its sound. on a psychological way to reduce anxiety. That sound can also be heard louder. That is called a tinnitus spike. A tinnitus spike occurs when the sound you are used to hearing changes, either becoming louder or changing in tone or pitch. A spike can last for a few minutes, hours, or even days or weeks at a time. While these spikes can be challenging to deal with. they are not a sign that your tinnitus is getting worse. This must be explained in the Torah and best in the old language, because I am 100% convinced that Moesa Alihi Salaam had to deal with this condition. Because he was being bothered by evil but he found a way to learn from it. I don't know exactly how many verses in The Quran el Kareem mentioned this, but the spike is 100% mentioned in Surah Az-Zumar. { بِسۡمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ } { وَنُفِخَ فِي ٱلصُّورِ فَصَعِقَ مَن فِي ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَمَن فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ إِلَّا مَن شَآءَ ٱللَّهُۖ ثُمَّ نُفِخَ فِيهِ أُخۡرَىٰ فَإِذَا هُمۡ قِيَامٞ يَنظُرُونَ } [Surah Az-Zumar: 68] Dr. Mustafa Khattab: The Trumpet will be blown and all those in the heavens and all those on the earth will fall dead, except that Allah wills ˹to spare˺. Then it will be blown again and they will rise at once, looking on ˹in anticipation˺. I have also from time to time a problem with this condition. In the beginning, I thought it was an ultrasonic sound and because I was psychotic at that time I thought it was a signal that connected me with electronic devices. It was a couple of weeks ago that I discovered that this condition is written in the word of Allah. And I know that I have much more to write about because I lived with this condition for over 10 years and I learned to heal from it there are also times that it comes back. Now I know it is very important to write about that because I know 100% from myself that I am dealing with that condition and I know for 100% how to reduce it and stop it. but that happens all in the thinking and emotions. And I dare to put my life on the line that this is exactly what is written in the word of Allah and also the different ways of thinking and emotions are written to get to that condition and to get away from that condition.
