Hey Charles, It's always been great to see you. I have a question: What are the criteria for awarding merit-based scholarships? It's been awarded to those with good profiles and the admission committee does not want to leave them and join some other B-school?

Thank you for watching, Pooja! And yes, that's broadly correct: scholarships are offered to entice candidates to accept the school's offer. Generally speaking, those scholarships are offered to candidates who are hard to replace for one reason or another -- often because they're from an underrepresented demographic in some way, or because their profile is substantially stronger than most of that school's applicants. I hope that helps a bit, and I hope that your studies are going well!
