1. Pumkin ( Kakharu ) - 1/2 bowl
2. White Radish ( Mula ) - 1 small
3. Pointed Gourd ( Potala ) - 2 small
4. Carrot ( Gajar ) - 1
5. Arum ( Saru ) - 2
6. Yam ( Khamba Alu ) - 1/2 bowl
7. Raw Papaya ( Amrutabhanda ) - 1/2 bowl
8. Cauliflower ( Phula Kobi ) 6 - 7 florets
9. Cabbage ( Bandha Kobi / Patra Kobi ) - 1 bowl
10. Long Beans ( Jhudanga ) - 1/2 bowl
11. Broad Beans ( Simba ) - 100gm ( must add it )
12. Potato ( Alu ) - 2 big size
13. Brinjal ( Baigana ) - 1
14. Raw Banana ( Kancha Kadali )
15. Beetroot - 2 tbsp ( do not add more )
16. Chick peas ( Kabuli Buta / bada buta ) - 25gm or 2 tbsp
17. Brown peas ( Kala buta / chhota buta ) - 25gm or 2 tbsp
