sir last question m simply treat 4 section as 4 students A,B,C,D then this question will be done in 2 steps only and speaking precisely the average will come out to be 52.5 sum of weight of A+B+C = 45 *3 = 135........... and so on do tis for all 4 equations and add then . so we will get a+b+c+d =210 then for the complete average divide 210 with 4 and we will get average of a,b,c,d that is 52.5

You can... M:W = 1:3 (initially) After removing 8l M:W = 1:3 (remaining) Ratio of new mixture M:W = 3:5 But here water should remain same in the remaining mixture since we're only adding milk. So make water same: M:W = 1:3 = 5:15 New = 3:5 = 9:15 Here the increase of 4units is equivalent to actual 8l of milk so we get 1unit→2, therefore remaining mixture is (5+15)*2 = 40l. Original mixture= 40+8 = 48l In this, Milk = 12l & Water = 36l Now we need a ratio of 1:1 so 24l milk & 24l water. From water (36l) we need to remove 12l. (Note: the ratio of mixture removed will also have M:W = 1:3). So 12l of water is 3 units in the ratio of mix being removed. So 1unit is 4l & the total mixture to be replaced with equal quantity of milk is (1+3)*4 = 16l. So p=16l.
