Please read the ANC constitution. The NEC is the highest decision making body between conferences. It’s decision may not be overturned by conference. If that was the case Malema or Ace could have appealed at conference. Zuma must appeal at the courts. Zuma is not a member of the ANC hence he can’t go to conferences, having said that not all members of the ANC or any political party go to conferences, it’s the nominated delegates who must be approved by the SG.
