Really good video, idk why people in the comments are hating. I think the best thing for him is to come off the bench for the squad and take the time to regain form but also see a therapist. I think he needs a new entourage that doesn’t encourage him to go out and party and find healthy activities and hobbies. It very easy to fall into the vices of partying, drugs and sex to escape your problems but that in itself is self destructive. They way forward is to find humility and let go of these feelings of shame so you can finally sit within yourself without hating who you are.
