Thank you for the clarification sir and for taking the time to reply . For something extra let me tell you , I also went through the case file of Uttar Pradesh state vs Subharti Medical college- In order to qualify for a minority institute the college has to be ESTABLISHED by a MINORITY Trust and administered by minority also. This is in the law both UP in ACT no. 24 of 2006 and Minority Educational Institution Act, 2004. Subharti MC established around 2000 was a normal college in all sense of the word but in 2015 they adopted buddhism and got a minority approval from National/Central Minority Commission. Then they went to the state and asked for minority rights and perks like choosing their own fess for PG/MBBS etc. The state refused to allow them this and refused their minority status as per law. since then Subharti has been going to courts and trying to nudge them to pressurise the State. EVERY writ petition has been dismissed in favour of the state. AND Allahabad High court has slammed the college for being fake 'fake' minority just to increase their fees. This last matter was argued and dismissed by the Hon'ble High Court Allahabad. They can scream and claim Minority all they want, theyre not. for 15 years they were a normal college as they are.
