If he studied in Mymensingh Medical college which is one of top ranking public medical colleges in Bangladesh... Then your nephew must be a genius!Forget about Saudi.. In Australia there are probably hundreds of Specialist doctors graduated from that medical college!.. Not sure about the private colleges in Mymensingh but i have seen lots of graduates from those in Australia preparing for the registration exam

Here, Government or privet or Army Medical college available, to admit here for BD's students have to have at least passed in Admission test. Even you want to admit privet Colleges, But if you want to admit in government Colleges, then you have need to keep merit position in at least 4000. And almost all Colleges have their own transport facilities too

Hope you know Bhutan PM & other ministers were student of Moymenshing Medical college , which is a public medical college. All public medical college has few seats for foreign students. Because public medical colleges are free and their degree value is much higher and only limited seats are available. So it is nearly impossible for a foreigner to get a seat. War happens for public medical seats in Bangladesh.
