So MBC finally uploaded the full video of the mentor discussion in FULL (Without being cut like in the show) In that video they called Seung Eun and Jiwon as 'lemon' someone that really gives you impression when you see them. Yuri think they both have charm but if she have to keep only 1 of them she chose Seung Eun bcs she can see not only her charm but also how versatile she is in many concept (She can look cute, bright, but also girl crush vibe?) But the vocal trainer chose Jiwon bcs they see her as having more chance to grow eventhough they also acknowledge her to be the worst in terms of singing. In the end its 2 vs 1 and Yuri chose to follow the vocal trainer decision since they are with trainee for more long period than her. MBC upload this clip bcs their evil editing to Yuri become a huge topic and Yuri get hate comment all across platform (even I give critics to her bcs I thought she chose visual over talent) but it turns out she actually chose talent but lose to vocal trainer voices. From my perspective it was okay to bring back some eliminated trainees IF they made a 16 members performance. It doesn't make sense what they did. The original plan was to make a 10 member performance if a class have more than 10 the logic is to eliminate from those who had passed the entrance exam and not bringing trainees back to eliminate the girls again.

I’d prefer a show with no drama. I’d rather a show focus on the learning aspect and talent. I’ve watched survival shows not only to stan the group but to also learn. I learned a lot of valuable insight when watching SIXTEEN that I hope shows in my current auditions. Trainers tend to have valuable information for anyone who wants to be a performer and I feel like that plus talent of the contestants is more important. I actually stay/ignore those who are popular unless they end up being one of the few remaining ppl. I pay attention to those who shine the most on stage and a lot of those contestants tend to be not as popular which is sad

Idol is not only vocal, most on star power and attraction. Jiwon can catch everyone eyes but the other trainee is not. A lot of the popularity idols are not good in vocal, some are not good in dancing. But they are famous. Idol are average, vocal, dance, visual, charisma, etc. That is why Yuri choose Jiwon. I actually like this show more than gp999, even just the entrance exam it's like they're performing for an award shows. Plus overall there are many contestants that's actually skillful & not just have dancing as a token to become an idol. There might be some technical issues with the rules but I thought they handled it well. Everything just seems more interesting compared to usual survival shows. i come watching my teenage girl because of some sort clip on youtube where aiki and yuri team has a friendly battle dance while practicing. i do try to watch it until a certain episode (i forgot what ep), until i decide to discontinue it. am i the only one that feel like this show isn't properly prepared yet? there so much bunch of mistakes and problems. if i don't know any better, i will say that this show is not fully prepared yet but they decide to publish it quickly because some sort of 'trend target' i don't know what exactly it was actually.. :). From the early episodes with a wrecked voting system, giving all the responsibilities to the onsite voters (that not using their opportunity well). Resulting in the river team and the '2 little girl in yellow outfit' (i forget the name) controversy. I know that in another talent survival show there are indeed some show that use the same system (where people will vote to fulfill the evaluation requirements by onsite voting target), but they usually give what it called as 'judge opportunity' (where judge has one time chance to revive any contestant that failed the requirement voting caused by blind/irresponsible voters ). Yet in here there is no such a thing. There also some technical issue, resulting in false elimination announcement in one of the episode. And bunch of problems that happen (when they need to eliminate/revive members because the number of survivor is not the same as what they expected) Another one when there are teams that get the same score in a mission resulting that they need to eliminate members from BOTH team when the objective of the mission is basically to win the performances and get chance to NOT to be eliminated (because the staff don't prepare solution for the unexpected situation.. really dude..). And somehow its funny to see that the ones that make the team get the score, yet the ones that get eliminated. Poor girls to be stuck in a survival show with unprepared system and technical procedures.

Most of the kpop group, their members have different roles, main vocal, main dancer, main rapper, visual, vocal, dancer, rapper, center, etc. Not everybody are good vocal, good dancer, good rapper and visual. So, I think Yuri considered like this. Ppl are blamed Yuri didn't consider on talents but actually most of the survival shows are the same, ppl are also not vote only good vocal or good talent. You can see Girls planet 999, most of the great vocal are eliminated on earliest round because of ppl voting.

People should just move on and close the issue. Jiwon got in because she also has a potential. Trying to fight for Seung Eun is a big slap to Jiwon. Give the girl a break since she was chosen already. You should just wish Seung Eun the best of luck without trying to bring the other girl, who got in, down. The only sane person that really wanna help them is Soyeon and Aiki in this program. It make me so mad Yuri focusing on visual sooo much she forgot she not even a visual when she debut with SNSD. Guys please note you need at least one visual to hold fans and be successful, you try having imagine 9 member that doesn’t look at visual as other group such as twice as comparison. You won’t be as popular. How you gonna survive in this world without visual. Sadly people like twice black pink comes once in awhile. I definitely think that teenage girl has a lot of talent. yeah but she's not even that pretty their are prettier trainees is second grade who can attract more fans . plus their's difference between visual weak and talentless , girly can't even sing properly nor can she dance , unlike yueon who never trained a day in life but even her audition was better , she already did 4 stages now after dun dun dance released but she has no improvement , it's almost like doing it for the sake of doing it while on the other hand yuyeon really tried and improved jiwon herself was ready to be eliminated cause she knew her potential , also with good makeup , lighting edit anyone can look , also plastic surgery which is not uncommon in the insdutry and it's not like the other girl was super ugly or something , and yerim may not get attention because of her visual , but she can be a dancer if not idol, atleast she has something she can rely on . visual is just a plus point not a talent , knetz prefer visual but at the end they'll be the one hating them for having no talent , also do you know how huge the risk would be if she debuted since it'll be a 7 member group not 9 or 12 where she could be adjusted somehow , i don't think she's gonna debut but if she does the groups's future is in stake , if yerim doesn't get your attention that's your personal problem , but be honest would you want someone tone def to debut just because she's pretty , plus she's not even that pretty , she looks like a gold fish with malnutrition .
