Myandra: Living With Metastatic Breast Cancer

Meet Myandra, age 40, who lives in a small Caribbean country with her 2 young children. She loves the beach, singing in a choir, and spending time with her family and partner. Because she didn’t know anything about metastatic breast cancer (MBC) when she was diagnosed de novo 2 years ago, Myandra set about educating herself. Having experienced a lack of both MBC awareness and a support network, she hopes to help change the situation for people in her community by telling her story and encouraging others to share theirs.
