Most people I've spoken to think the main reason is that the people running music shows at the time really didn't have an idea what it meant which is why it isn't even censored. As for what +ThugLady said, they still only just recently started censoring the English curse words in music. You can hear it clearly on broadcast a few years back on an Inkigayo special dance stage during Minzy's dance. It was between Nicole, Gain, Hyuna and Minzy.
