Leo from 4:18 may have been cute, but think about this. He was actually practicing a dance move that he messed up on in their MV. When shooting their music video, Leo made a mistake on that part, so they shot it it again. But it turned out that they *still* used the footage from where Leo messed up. So now whenever he performs, he always makes sure that he has that dance move down. You can check the MV, it's still there.
