Ali Momo Also with CLC this happened too.When Hobgoblin came out everyone was like "They're copying 4minute!!!" "This is a rip of 4minute" "They try so hard to be cool" etc but when CLC made a comeback with "Where are you" -which was a bop- literally no one cared about it.I don't get fans. For me Where Are You was their best song after Pepe.It has a very unique and retro style.

I don't get why everyones salty about them being consistent 😂 they have a sound... That kard sound... As soon as you hear the start or the hook of any of their songs, even if you're not a fan, you can tell who's song it is. Thats what I think they're trying to accomplish incorporating the dance hall vibes and the similar choreo. They've created somewhat of an identification stamp. I think that's really cool. They're still fresh off the block too. They have time to change it up and I know theyll continue to bring more to the table. But for their second official post debut comeback, why fix what's not broken?

When kard first debuted you could tell that somin was the most experienced one followed by BM. Jseph was a bit awkward but was still really good on stage. For jiwoo you could tell that she's the maknae since she always looked somewhat nervous and hesitant when performing. But for this comeback ALL FOUR of them have equally strong stage presence no one's is off when performing. Specially jiwoo she's so much relaxed and her stage presence and facial expressions are worth a 100%. So proud of them ❤

For a Kpop group, they might have stuck to the same genre more than what is usually done. HOWEVER, I am proud that finally, apart from Gfriend, we have another group that has that audio identification. When the song plays, you know it’s Kard. And I’m glad how they executed their second mini album, all the songs are diverse and not all carries that tropical sound... but also sticks to a certain feel. It actually feels like an “album” and is telling a story. People, stop being stupid. When Taylor Swift switched up her concept, a lot of people were shook. Some even missed the “old Taylor”. To all real Hidden Kards, let’s just enjoy their songs and be excited for whatever is it they have in store for us.

For everyone who is saying that they are not changing the “tropical” sound, here are a few things - 1) They debuted this year and this is their first comeback as an official group. They were supposed to be a project. So they have selected a style for their music. It makes their music unique. 2) They have a certain choreography style which is unlike what most K-pop groups perform. Their dances are more laidback, swayback,etc and its really cool to watch. 3) They are aware that they are not popular in Korea. They have to be popular in Korea to win Music shows and awards and because of certain prejudices towards co-ed groups, they are not getting the recognition they deserve. Therefore, let them experiment and find their sound and we as Hidden Kards can support and encourage them to do so. We are their backbone. And as for ‘You and Me’, the album is highly versatile and plays with different sounds. Listen to 지니까(my favourite on the album), or both the versions of Trust Me. These guys have outdone themselves this time. I support KARD! KARD Fighting!
